Printer failed to respond to computer commands. It seems that shutting down both modem and printer and turning both back on was the fix needed because now the printer responded appropriately when I stipulated 2-sided printing, then attempted to print the document.
User's recommendation: Be patient with all the objects - printer, computer and modem. Just shutting down each may solve the problem. Try that first.

Computer FROZE. went through 2 of it's cycles then got stuck (deleted, no connection and something else) being that I could not allow him to log on, he said I would have to send it back to get fixed...TIMES are very hard being BIDEN SHUT DOWN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY.TOO many things on computer that CAN'T be PERMANETLY ERASED.
Could that be the reason COMPUTER SHUT DOWN? CAN'T AFFORD to PURCHASE ANOTHER TELIKIN IF you can try to resolve issue with others who might be facing this problem (TO LOG ON W/O GIVING THE OK AND FIX THE PROBLEM WOULD BE MOST HELPFUL)

Computer froze
Find a way to delete bulk mail permanently. This takes up too much space on the computer especially when it goes through the scans that could be a reason why my computer froze and in order for you to fix it Id have to send it back into you guys.
Money is tight right now and to send it back in at my expense would be a little too costly. The screen froze on the last cycle no connection blah blah blah so there is no way I could hit the yes button to say yes I will allow a technician to logon it just said disconnected

Request Refund and Cancel any other charges. I was double charged on the 31st and again on February 4 $21.55 for something Service still saying it was canceled because no payment.
I will not be using this computer and I want all my money back. The system is not functioning as needed.

Let people know in advance that their computer is going to be out for a day or a half a day or a couple hours or is it because of the weather any information when you dont have a computer and I watch TV on mine because I have neuropathy in my hands my fingers and my feet and my legs and I would need to have something for entertainment
