Follow-up on Refund of Extra Charges and Service Issues

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Zahra Kiavani Hafshajani, and I lived at Skyttehusgade 2, 2MF. I had a 6-month internet subscription with Telia, and in November, an additional charge of 59 DKK was added to my bill.

This charge was added without any prior notification, and I was upset because I was not informed about this extra cost. When I asked Kasper, the sales representative at Telia in Vejle, about this extra charge, he explained that it was due to the cost of mail delivery. If I am not mistaken, his name was Kasper. I asked for clarification, and Kasper assured me that this extra amount would be deducted from the next bill.

However, in December, despite my personal visit to pay the bill, the additional 59 DKK was added to my bill again.

When I pointed this out to Kasper, he suggested that I bring a Danish translator so he could explain it. The following day, I visited him with a translator, and Kasper reassured us that the total extra amount, which was 118 DKK, would be refunded to my account by February 1st.

When I informed Kasper that I would be traveling to Iran for a while and that my friend would use the internet in my apartment until the end of my 6-month subscription, he told me that I needed to return the modem. Therefore, I returned the modem and notified Telia via email about this.

However, despite returning the modem, I have continued to receive bills from Telia for the period after I returned the modem, and no refund has been processed to my account as promised.

I have not received any communication from Telia regarding this issue. Additionally, since I am no longer using the internet and returned the modem, I expected this matter to be resolved promptly.

Please investigate this issue and ensure that the extra charges, which have not been refunded yet, are transferred back to my account.

Three diffrent charges on my account on 3/22/24 $11.99 $5.99 $9.99

i was trying to decide on the cheapest, more logic decision. I chose the service i thought was the best deal then they put up all these better deals so i wanted to pick it, but it didn't warn me about already having chosen a deal or a choice to change it.

not being aware that each time I tried to get the better deal I was being charged all three times with no way to make changes on my choices

Charged even after surrendering the 5g modem

I have surrendered my 5g telia modem on December 28th 2023. Mmy cpr no : 110188 ****.

But even after surrendering i have charged two times of 329 kr for the month of Jan and Feb. Could you please refund the amount.

The service is very complicated and slow

Good afternoon! A week ago I made a claim for some accounts of 2 iPhones that I bought in the month of November!

an iPhone 13 and an iPhone 14. I contracted an amount of 269 crowns per month. but I paid 2 bills of 744.60 crowns and 1030.60. I inform you again that I am in Argentina and I do not have a Danish sim card.

I would like to know why I am being charged this amount of money if I signed a contract for 269 crowns!! I appreciate you informing me of my question!
