Paid a lot of money for a three year subscription and sold the car after 2 and the T and Cs dont refund - they basically bank your money - shop around !

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - CON MEN GANGSTERS
I have been dealing with Toby Steel, We have been trying to cancel are contract for months, The contract is due to expire July 2019.
We have had emails that take 2-3 weeks to get a reply to, Rang countless times, At least 50 times, As soon as they know you want to cancel, No one is available to speak, Toby is off sick or on Holiday, No one else can help, You must speak to your account manager. ( Toby Steel)
We record all calls in and out of the offices, We have all the evidence to back this up along with email records, We have emailed in our 30 days notice and have now been lied to and told we can not cancel our contract as they need 90 days notice otherwise the contract auto renews and your tied into at least another 12 months lol.
Legally we our being lied to so they can keep ripping us off ( No legally signed contract runs past the agreed term date where you can not exit without 30 days notice, By UK law. ( I have attached a snapshot of the email, In breach of UK law)
We had the tracking devices fitted to 5 buses, 3 we no longer own.
If your looking for tracking services do not use this company. Search online and on ebay you can buy trackers now for as little as £10 pounds and track anything anywhere in the world without being on a monthly direct debit, Via all different kinds of Apps.
This contract was also mis-sold when taken out by Toby Steel, It stated the contract was 1 year shorter than it was, We thought this deal was due to expire on July 2018.
If you want to pay hundreds of pounds per month for a poor product or service, Get lied to, Bullied where you need to take legal advice to get out of a agreed term contract, Then go with this company.
Also if you do use this company and you wish to change any of the tracking devices over to new vehicles you will need to pay hundreds of pounds for a engineer to come out and move them over.
Ten minutes research online will give you lots and lots of options that will do a much better job, Also save you the stress of dealing with dodgy gangster sales men who lie about contracts, Do not accept phone calls or reply to emails to confirm 30 days legal notice.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - DO NOT GET CAUGHT WITH YOUR TROUSERS DOWN.

We have had an awful experience overall…
We have had an awful experience overall with Teletrac Navman. The reporting does not work, we can't get our rep to train us, the system does not allow for easy use and tracking as promised and the hardware is outdated and has to be installed in each vehicle and is not easy to move to another vehicle if you need to due to a sale or breakdown. They lock you into a 3 year contract and you have no way to get out or change once you are in, No good driver reports, no vehicle maintenance alerts, tracking is hard to find and navigate, just the whole thing has been a waste of 3 years.
Teletrac Navman.......Absolute nightmare !!
Teletrac has decided to try and collect over $10,000.00 from us as a result for our having to stop using their tracking service for our trucks after two absolutely nightmarish years of problems with their service. They have failed to go even a month without some BS as to why they weren't able to comply with the contract agreement we entered into with them in 2016.
AT&T was down, the firmware needs updated, we don't know why it isn't working but we will get the advance tech team on it, only to receive an email a day or so later telling us the problems were resolved when in fact there were no changes, IT STILL DID'NT WORK. 3 minute intervals that were usually 7 to 20 minutes, but we could pay $10.00 per unit per month to make it 1 minute interval reporting. They couldn't even get 3 minute intervals right. Tech support usually took a 45 minute wait on hold before you could speak to anyone, and they usually would feed you a routine line of bull.
The support manager assigned to us was usually busy and would sometimes call you back in a week or so. When your system isn't working and you needed help even one day was unacceptable much less a week. Then he would promise a credit to our account, OF COURSE IT NEVER WAS POSTED TO OUR ACCOUNT. these are but a few of the issues we have dealt with.
We tried for nearly 3 years to get it right with TELETRAC NAVMAN and finally decided to give up and go with a different company. Now TELETRAC refuses to allow us to keep the equipment that they told us was to belong to us after 2 years of service with them and we have shipped it back to them. Hours upon hours of work to install and uninstall and now they want to try and take us for a massive $10K. We are in the process of filing a lawsuit.
If you are thinking about a GPS tracking system, or ELD system for your fleet, large or small, STAY AWAY..... VERY FAR AWAY FROM TELETRAC NAVMAN. they will promise you the moon, and can't provide you with even a small portion of the service.
It's all your problem, they are doing everything right, trust them, that's what their system tells them. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE !!!!
Worst GPS Company in the US
We signed with Teletrac Navman in Feb of 2018 and it has been a nightmare since. The installer did not show on the first day they were scheduled and rescheduled for a Sat when i told them i was not going to be around.
3 weeks later they finally show back up with the wrong install equipment. Told me he had to get the right equipment before he could install. Fast forward 3 months and none of the units are working correctly and Teletrac has no plans to fix my issues.
Going to buy out of my contract and move to another provider who cares about what products were sold to their customers. Units still are not working and reports are inaccurate daily.

This is the worst company for GPS out there. Steer clear of their smooth talking sales people who promises the world but deliver dog *** You will get a better ROI if you throw it in the trash because the units do not work properly and you will have to pull your trucks back off the road.
I can not wait to change. I called to talk to Customer service and they transferred me to sales. Talked with Omar who gave me a bunch of smoke and told me he would call me back. Never heard from him again.

What a joke!
Issues began from Day 1, faulty equipment sent.
Took about 3 months for an exchange only to have another junk box.
These units are a waste of money, time and effort.
I cannot believe this is a mandated system from the government and these pieces of *** were tested to be sufficient, well actually I can...
No customer service, reporting is inaccurate.
Call to talk to anyone in tech support about the most basic issue and they cannot help.
They then assign a case number and someone will call you back.... When?
When will they call me?
Oh wait, they wont, I get an email stating my case is closed and my issue has been resolved.
HUH, resolved???? I never even got a call back.

I don't understand, there has to be a hidden camera behind my desk. This company is a complete disaster, no accountability whatsoever, I may as well have sent my money to a scam artist in another country cause that's exactly what this company is.

We obtained the Equipment in July 2017. Since the install of 7 trucks not even one worked right.
Called their so-called customer service and the put me on the have them fixed, that took 2 months to get someone out here. They worked ok for about 1 month then one by one they stopped working right. I called them many times with no answer this went on for about 3 weeks.
Finally, I got through and the sent someone out to try to fix them again. Bottom line is the equipment is absolute junk the customer service is nonexistent.

Teletrac is a very bad company!
I purchased units from Teletrac and they promised me all the wonderful things it can do. After waiting for almost a month to get the units installed it was not even tracking none of what they said worked.
The State Fuel Tax Reports are inaccurate the GPS will always loss signal, wrong locations, the messages will not work. So I decided to cancel. After seeing all the reviews from other websites I was amazed how bad Teletrac is.
I will never recommend this company or even mention it to my friends, it is just embarrassing. Please be careful signing a contract with them.
