Claufen Carutcho IS A SCAMMER & FRAUDSTER,
Claufen Carutcho FROM "Telesupport BPO" broke our agreement and then had his people call all my clients to tell them I defrauded him.
1. I hired Claufen Carutcho on a 6 month "commission only" contract where he would use his people to call clients for me and then when we have a sale I would pay him.
After 3 weeks only, he quit and then threatened me that if I did not pay him $1800 that he would use his "army of bloggers" to destroy my reputation and my company's reputation.
2. The truth is that he is a scammer, and it says on his website that he is located in the US here: 2185 Clarendon Rd PMB 1039 Brooklyn, NY 11226, USA - but he is actually in the Philippines and his callers can barely speak English. That's why they did not setup any kind of solid leads.
3. Also, I started paying him by issuing him $200 at the 3 week point to start hiring him via cash as stated in our contract, where I would sub-contract outbound calling to him, and he kept that when he quit.
He owes me 20 hours of outbound calling or my money back. He is a scammer of the worst kind, trying to ruin people's reputation because he is a poor business person located in the Philippines pretending to be in the US.
Preferred solution: He needs to call my clients and tell them that he made a mistake when he tried to ruin my reputation by telling them I am a frraudster.
