Not fixing issue

I have been trying to video visit with an inmate for years and keep being told that I have no blocks but still can't visit since 2021. I have sent credentials in 5 different times in one week and although accnt verified account visits via video STILL NOT WORKING!Be in for yrs worth of b.s
