They did not come to install my router

Terrible customer service. No one speaks bloody english in 2022! They said they would come and install my router in 2-3 days, its been a week and no one came. Tried calling no answer.

We have no working telephone for more than seven days.we have cotacted help maney times.thay tell us they will send a tecknician but they never come

our phone went dead nine days ago.we have fhoned the help desk many times.they tell us that a tecknichian will com but they never do

a retraction of their unjust invoice - sent when I am no longer connected to them - and an apology for the stress and time wasted. and an apology for cutting me off in the first place - so I went elsewhere and found they are totally over priced!

On 19 January 2021 I discovered you (02) had been taking monthly amounts from my bank account since January 2014 for a mobile phone I do not have. The total amount you have taken is £999.45. I have spoken to various 02 staff since the 19 January 2021 and on each occasion they have promised me my money refunded within 5-7 days. The call centres I have contacted are, England, South Africa, India, Belfast. Can you please settle this dispute before I take this further legal action . Yours sincerely Alan Laing

Dear Movistar Can you please help; I would like a better price for my Wi-Fi. I have been a long standing customer and am now paying too much. Im paying 65E per month.(I dont want a telephone or films) I understand that you have a contract for 38E per month which would meet my requirements I havent been able to use the Wi-Fi since February because of the corona virus travel restrictions. Can they give me some credit for this lost time. 4 Mobile phones and contracts later and 30years of hairdressing gone

Telefonica own O2 EE and giff gaff all mobile providers that have lost me my mobile hairdressing business over a 4 year period. The customer service is so crule. I have been a hairdresser for over 30years .

I have had 4 mobile phone contracts since 2014 with EE, O2, Orange with the same phone number. I have had this number for over 15years and after 25years of hairdressing , in 4 years this number has stopped ringing .

Over a period of 4years a mobile phone number i had for over 20 years stopped ringing and none of the phone companies will llook in to why since 2015
