Called customer service and they say the arrangement isn't available (!). Obvious nonsense and if so why didn't they call to tell me? Never use Teleflora!

Ordered flowers for a Valentine delivery date, teleflora sent me confirmation of delivery, only problem was she never got them. They actually delivered them the next day, will never use them again. My grandsons mom waited all day for the delivery only to be disappointed.
