Horrible service

I placed an order for my daughters birthday and the flowers they sent out were the standard bouquet when I ordered the premium bouquet. Then when I called the florist that did the order, they told me that Teleflora cancelled the order, Yet Teleflora did not call to tell me this. Then when I called to find out, They told me they had been trying to call me, and I never received any calls from them, they told me they would have the right order delivered the day after her birthday. They had horrible customer service. I will not be ordering from them again.

Deal with local Florist directly for better results

I have been a florist for over 37 years, now retired. I was Teleflora for 8. Never have I ever sent something like this for a deluxe, it appears you went through Teleflora on line instead of a local florist. Maybe you ordered late and florist had run out of product, it does happen. You would have had a better chance of getting better satisfaction by dealing direct with a florist in the area you need delivery. You can call any florist directly and use your credit/ debt right over the phone. Please don't hold your local florist responsible for everything. Teleflora takes at least 27% right off the top of every order. So if your cost is $65.00. The florist only sees about $47.50. They take the cost of the Christmas Santa about $10.00 (just the item x2.5 to sell to a walk in Clint, off the shelf ), the cost of paying the designer, about $10.00per hr. (depending on experience), the fresh product of about $12/15.00 wholesale X 2 retail and then delivery, $8 to 10.00. That leaves about $0.00 prophet give or take. Please call a local florist directly, early in the season. Sorry for your disappointment. I hope this helps and Merry Christmas with a Happy New Year.

Unacceptable- PERIOD

I ordered the day before on the web, as in at least 24 hours. The next morning I get an email from teleflora stating that the chosen arrangement wasn't available, so I could either A: Let the florist choose from what they have or B: cancel the order. I chose A simply because I wanted my wife to have SOMETHING! As the day goes by into the late afternoon, I give my wife a call. She says nothing about the flowers that SHOULD have already been delivered. Step three, call teleflora again... "Oh we're sorry, no florists will deliver to the chosen address, it's too far. Do you have an alternate address?" You know, if I wanted them delivered to my house, I would have said so. And just WHEN was I going to hear about this? BOTTOM LINE: If you want dependable service from a company that actually delivers what they SAY is available with a service they SAY will deliver, look elsewhere...I will never be back.

Placed 2 orders for thanksgiving, one showed up on time. tried reaching out to telaflora for help and customers rep put us on hold for 20 minutes because we request to speak with supervisor. Supervisor Natalie came on and all she could tell us is what she can't do. according her system flowers was delivered but according to delivery address nothing was delivered. she was more interested in letting me know there would be no refund because its our fault. Guess there system is broke because florist showed up at my door with flowers and apology on thanksgiving day a whole day after my requested delivery date. No need to use there service anymore.

Funeral flowers not delivered

Flowers were to be delivered on Saturday for a Sunday Rosary and Monday funeral. Received email confirmation they were delivered on Saturday. Sunday evening at the rosary - no flowers. Called - they said florist was closed. Called back Monday morning - had to wait until 9am. They won't give florist name - so can't speak directly with them. This is a call center in another country. Florist delivered to completely different funeral home - not the one requested. Teleflora said they would get close by florist to have spray delivered in the next hour. I said NO WAY. Was assured. Of course no flowers. Awful and embarrassing!!!

I have tried to order flowers for six days by phone by internet and have them charged to my fingerhut account to no avail this morning i was assured that the order was straight and would arrive today not true they never arrived because now at onepm the information again was wrong what the heck you dont sell flowers or what???!!!! my sister passed away and the flowers were to go to my mother needless to say they never arrived although my order was confirmed by both phone and internet this whole thing has just made a bad situation worse and has added more grief then we needed

The flowers were delivered same day. The supplemented flowers and color palette was accurate. The problem was the presentation. A "deluxe" $70 arrangement should look like the advertised photo, like it was arranged by a professional florist. However, this was not the case for the arrangement I ordered. I spoke to the florist who put it together and she explained that she followed the teleflora "recipe" and even added more flowers than required. I believe this is true, but it was not done well.

I was hoping for a stunning display as pictured online. This was for my sister-in-law and brother who just had their first child.

I spoke to both the florist's customer service and teleflora and got no where. I hoped that at the very least, there would be a system in place for teleflora to receive complaints for quality control purposes, but there was not.

Teleflora did not deliver the flowers as promised

It is now 8:43 PM and Teleflora said they would deliver the flowers by the end of the business day, well obviously they failed to keep their promise. I tried calling Teleflora several times and I just kept getting a recorded voice. At one point, they just kept me waiting and another time they just disconnected the call. Unfortunately, I was unable to get in touch with a Teleflora representative so I still don't know what happened to the flowers. They charged my debit card but they did not deliver anything. I will never use Teleflora again. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. I wish I had used another online florist instead of Teleflora.

I ordered flowers on Tuesday to be delivered on following day. They were paid via paypal and two days later there has been nothing delivered.

I phoned their help line twice and got a recorded voice....push two for no delivery of flowers. Finally got a representative the third time I called......."Oh we are having a hard time finding a florist to deliver in that area". That area is the city of Brandon Manitoba. I could have phoned a florist myself and ordered flowers !!!

Then they said..."we are having a hard time finding a florist to make that particular arrangement". I told them substitute...which is what their website said they will do anyhow. These flowers were for a funeral, and at this rate it's taking longer for teleflora to send a bouquet of flowers than it took the funeral home to handle the funeral.

When I asked for a refund they said......"yes, it will be six weeks to refund your money". Will NEVER order from them again.

I ordered a bouquet from teleflora for my mom for Mother's Day. I ordered one of there more expensive arrangements because I wanted something more sophisticated looking.

I could not believe the photo my mom had sent me when she received her flowers. It looked like something I could have bought for $10 at a grocery store. I contacted costumer service right away. They didn't even talk to me but automatically refunded part of my order.

even with the refund I am not pleased as I still spend more than the flowers she had received. I tried to contact them again but they refuse to contact me back. I am extremely disappointed with there false advertisement and lack of customer service.

I have linked the pictures of what I purchased and what my mom received. It's shocking that they call that a fair substitute.

My name is Richard Johnson from standish maine.My sister orders $550 of flower for my mother that passed away unexpectedly.They were suppose to be delivered on 8-8-14 by 5 pm at the church ,we were at the church NO Floewers,so she called but no one could give us an answer why there were no flowers.They wouldn't give us the name of the florist that had the order,"company policy."They promised they would be their by 11am the next morning,the day of the service well at 11:15 the next day still No flowers The service was at 1that day,my sister is on the phone with them still No answers she got hung up on twice that day and twice the evening before.My daughter who knows policies finally got out of them that the florist refuse to fill the order because he was afraid he wasn't going to get paid .Worst customer service ever.She even had an e-mail confirmation they would we their on8-8 They were rude ,inconsiderate and could really care less about what the flower were for..Then they told us they could get flowers delivered to our house REALLY Couldn't believe what they were saying.Worst company ever !!!!!! Worst customer service EVER !!!! Maybe they will get treated that way when one of their loved one passes away.DANGER DANGER STAY AWAY!!!!!!!ALL I can say thank God for a company out of Cumberland maine named. " Skillings".My aunt called them at 11:30 am the morning of the service told them what happen to us with this company,and they said they would do their best to get flowers there by 1pm for the service,low and behold they pulled it off.They aren't the sprays and big flower bouquets that we ordered with this other lousy company but they were very buetiful.I will always go back to shillings flower for now on.No more on line ordering.Telaflora worst company EVER!!!!!

I ordered the She's Lovely bouquet for my new granddaughter. It was delivered the next day and it has no flowers that the original picture had! Plus it was in a brown basket instead of white and had no pretty pink polka dot ribbon on it? I realize sometimes they may substitute a flower from time to time, but this looked nothing like the original and it was not what I asked for plus I paid good money for it! Never again will I use Teleflora! They suck!

Cancelled order

Placed my order (to sister, facing medical procedure) on Monday morning, received confirmation of order that arrangement would deliver the next day, several hours later received an e-mail that order not deliverable, called the 800 number explaining that it was most important to send a cheering up bouquet, service rep called the local florist and let me know that all was well (this was around 3 p.m.), received an e-mail Tuesday (today) a.m. with message that the order could not be delivered and that it was cancelled, no convenient contact information on e-mail, looked up Teleflora's contact information online, called Teleflora with the whole story and was told that they could not deliver unless I added about $15 more to the order at which I balked (very, very upset since this order was a special one) as I felt it was a bait and switch, cancelled my order, and then called the local florist in her (my sister's) town who provided a beautiful bouquet (better than the original order) and at a comparable price. Lesson learned? Always, always contact the local florist in the area and order directly from them. The online floral companies do considerable misinformation and what you see is not what you get, and they take a hefty cut. So the ongoing mantra of buy and support local is even applicable to sending flowers. Buyer beware ... but Teleflora's customer service was appalling, no negotiations, especially after receiving one story one day and an opposite story the next. DO NOT EVER USE!!!!!!!!!!
