Very poor presentation
The flowers were delivered same day. The supplemented flowers and color palette was accurate. The problem was the presentation. A "deluxe" $70 arrangement should look like the advertised photo, like it was arranged by a professional florist. However, this was not the case for the arrangement I ordered. I spoke to the florist who put it together and she explained that she followed the teleflora "recipe" and even added more flowers than required. I believe this is true, but it was not done well.
I was hoping for a stunning display as pictured online. This was for my sister-in-law and brother who just had their first child.
I spoke to both the florist's customer service and teleflora and got no where. I hoped that at the very least, there would be a system in place for teleflora to receive complaints for quality control purposes, but there was not.

I ordered a bouquet from teleflora for my mom for Mother's Day. I ordered one of there more expensive arrangements because I wanted something more sophisticated looking.
I could not believe the photo my mom had sent me when she received her flowers. It looked like something I could have bought for $10 at a grocery store. I contacted costumer service right away. They didn't even talk to me but automatically refunded part of my order.
even with the refund I am not pleased as I still spend more than the flowers she had received. I tried to contact them again but they refuse to contact me back. I am extremely disappointed with there false advertisement and lack of customer service.
I have linked the pictures of what I purchased and what my mom received. It's shocking that they call that a fair substitute.

I ordered flowers on Tuesday to be delivered on following day. They were paid via paypal and two days later there has been nothing delivered.
I phoned their help line twice and got a recorded voice....push two for no delivery of flowers. Finally got a representative the third time I called......."Oh we are having a hard time finding a florist to deliver in that area". That area is the city of Brandon Manitoba. I could have phoned a florist myself and ordered flowers !!!
Then they said..."we are having a hard time finding a florist to make that particular arrangement". I told them substitute...which is what their website said they will do anyhow. These flowers were for a funeral, and at this rate it's taking longer for teleflora to send a bouquet of flowers than it took the funeral home to handle the funeral.
When I asked for a refund they said......"yes, it will be six weeks to refund your money". Will NEVER order from them again.
