Tele2 - Final payment

Hello!

My name is Fernanda Sampaio and I have recently moved to Brazil to be with my 80 year old mother. I do not know when I will be back in Sweden.

Because of that I had to cancel my Tele2 contract.

I did everything before I left on 2024/02/07.

I called Tele2, canceled my service, returned the router box and paid for the month of February/2024.

The Tele2 person told me there would be a final payment of 1 906, 8 kr because I had a one year contract.

It is okay, I am fine with that.

BUT, I so far have only received an email from Tele2 with the amount due ( 1 906, 8 kr) and the due date ( 2024/03/01). Nothing else, no real faktura, no OCR/Fakturanummer, no plusgiro, no bankgiro - NOTHING!

I tried calling the number 90 222 from Tele2 kundservise, but it does not work from Brazil.

I do not have any more access to Tele2 Mina sida.

I have sent emails.

Det är oacceptabelt!!!

How am I supposed to pay with no faktura?

NOT OKAY!!

What if my name gå till Kronofogden?? På grund of Tele2 handlingar och Tele2 fel.

Jag vill bara betala min sista Faktura.

Violation of Service Contract

As per the contract signed between me and Tele2, I was supposed to recieve Internet Service from 10th March 2024. Till date, one week later, I have neither received the service nor any estimated resolution time.

As you can understand nothing in the modern household works without internet, ranging from house hygiene to security services.

Instead me and my husband combined has been put through stressful and frustrating routines and exercises and long telephonic conversations with multiple Tele2 employees who all have been misguiding and miscommunicating to us, further worsening our situation.

We expect an immediate termination of the service contract that Tele2 has clearly violated so that. Or we will be forced to drag Tele2 to Customer Court .
