I have been trying 4 days to contact some one calling every number they give me but all I hear is a leave a message and no one calls back. No one helps. It is about stealing like that. WTH people? No one seems to care. My brother was hit by a trailer and did not have any minutes. He almost die and I was not able to contact him. I had to buy somewhere else. I want the recharge in my brother's phone Contact me !no

Constant asinine sms messages

Absolutely no need whatsoever exists for messaging me over and over about what information Tel Cel keeps private. Stop sending that stupid *** information. I saw it one time and that is all that is necessary for the rest of my life. I do not need to see it many times a day. Stop doing it or lose me as a customer!

User's recommendation: Make TelCel sign an agreement not to sms you before you buy their service.

My telcel service is not working

My telcel service was working untill yesterday but now it is not working. Please help to activate it. I have recharged yesterday.
