Teknownow is a scam

Update by user May 02, 2013

I called FedEx to check. FedEx confirmed that this package was literally sent back the the shipper.

FedEx claimed that this shipper must call them to open a file for the investigation of this "empty" box mystery. Or FedEx will not admit they shipped an empty box back to the shipper.

I did not "returned"it.

I "refused" it.

If I intended to return it, I would open the package and do the RMA process.

I know the rules. I knew what I was doing.

I live in College Station. This package was refused to Bryan. College Station and Bryan are different cities.

There are two results for the same tracking number shows. One is the package I received, another one is the package I "refused".

This company provided the received FedEx tracking number to my bank, on purpose, to let my bank misunderstood that the "refused" package was delivered to my residence.

This package's product dimensions is 14 x 72 x 36 inches and weights 38.5 pounds. How come FedEx could lose the product inside a box which is larger than me?

The tracking number shows this item was refused and left my residence through FedEx. It was "refused" to the original place it was sent from, not to some place I planed to send.

This company is lying about its warehouse's record. If the warehouse only received a huge box of this huge product, they should have asked FedEx what FedEx wanted to send? Does FedEx really transport huge empty box without knowing what happened?

I refused a package from Teknownow.com through FedEx. This company refuses refunding me. They claimed that they did not receive my refused package even though FedEx has the record that this package had been "refused" back to their company. Teknownow.com told me that they doubt if I am a thief so they cannot give me money back. But the FedEx record does prove that this package was taken away and sent to the original place it was stored. Discover credit card ignores the FedEx record and helps this fraud company not to refund me. I think both Teknownow and Discover are scams for sure.

This guy is nuts. He didnt follow the returns policy, he shipped a package to an outbound warehouse we hire for distribution.

We have a specific location for returns, he didnt notify us until 18 days after the fact. The location he returned the item to does not process returns and they claimed nothing was in the package. We offerred this guy a store credit, he refused it. How did he not know he purchased 2 items?

The price was doubled on all 3 confirmation screens. This is just one of those people who can't follow simple instructions.
