I made two tee times today for Cypresswood. One was $101, Confirmation #41850****.
This one is correct.
I made the second tee time, Comfirmation #41851****.
The DealTime rate for the second reservation should have totaled $67, but I was charged $101 again.
I called your customer service to see if they would give me a refund or even a credit towards another booking, but they said they couldnt verify the Deal Time rate. Surely, someone in your tech division could verify it.
Please consider either a $34 refund or credit for this transaction.

User's recommendation: I was told that had I taken a screenshot of the tee time, they could have escalated it. So, in the future I will do that. Without it, I could not receive a credit.
All tee times up to tee off should be refundable or credit to apply later by TeeOff if prepaid. If paying at course then it is an issue with individual and the course to work out.
Really needed to talk to an actual person.
I was looking to cancel my tee time but was able to take care of it with the course. Did not need to cancel after all.
Change time of reservation
I wanted to change the time of my reservation and I got charged for the old time and new time. When I went to get a refund they only gave me credit and not my money back

Unsatisfactory Course Conditions

Good morning and to whom it may concern, my buddy and I wanted to get out and play a round of golf yesterday as he got a pass from work. We opted to stay local so I booked a course nearby, Rincon Golf Course, on TeeOff that we have played often as it is typically in decent shape.
Even had a glowing review posted only hours before so we felt like it would be fine. We get there and were informed they were making major improvements and there are 8 temporary greens! Of course I had already paid online and we were far from the next nearest course at 11am so we decided to give it a go. While we appreciate their efforts the temp greens were almost unplayable and really spoiled our round.
The issue I have is there was no info posted on the TeeOff app about the course conditions or temporary greens. I feel like we were duped to an extent due to lack of communication. Would have went elsewhere had wed known in advance. Perhaps a credit could be issued in this instance?
I feel like TeeOff is more responsible than the golf course as they immediately mentioned the temp greens.

Good afternoon yesterday I had a reservation on my tee off account with the following email.

The reservation was fully paid for and was for three players at the golf club Tera Lago north Palms springs as you will note from my account this was charged at $107. Upon arrival at the course it was closed and we were advised by the head green keeper that the course was closed on morning inspection of the grounds.
We had no pre warning of this and had travelled some distance to the course to play. We then had to arrange last minute tee times at a near by golf course desert willow at a premium price due to the late nature and being stuck in a tough position of not having a tee time or any forward warning.
I would also like to seek to alter the tee time we have booked reservation number #38054**** for three players for 12:00 I would be very grateful if this tee time could be rearranged either to after 2 pm the same day or moved to alternate day as a family emergency has meant that the 3 players all relatives will be unable to attend the 12am tee time originally booked.
