I ordered a necklace that was in memoty of my deceased wife. I paif extra for quick printing, and shipping.
Its been 2 months since they sent me sn email saying ut was shipped. Guess what, after repeated attempts, they finally answer, and say they cant find my order, even though I gave them the order number, then they tell me it must have been lost in the mail. Now another month has gone by, and still no word on my order. They take your money, and give nothing in return.
CROOKS at its best. Worst customer service on the planet. Its based in France, and if I would have known that, I never would have ordered.
They are a complete RIPOFF. Beware of these people.

Very poor customer service

Two days after ordering, I sent email to the company requesting a change. A week went by ano no response. Sent s second email, another week went by. Finally they replied that they coulf change color of shirt and size but could not do anything about years of service.

Sweatshirts printing is already fading after one wash
I ordered 2 sweatshirts from teelily. They were not like advertised exactly but i got over that.
When i went to wash them the printing came off. Not happy with my purchase at all.
