I have sent two complaints to you regarding the terrible food I received via DoorDash and have received no response. I feel I deserve some kind of refund or credit.
I spent $40.00 plus on this food, and it was not edible. My next step will be a phone call.

Poor customer service and food
- - Arrived; place looked closed and the server was rude.
- - Coffee arrived late; club sandwiches looked nothing like a club; I asked about a civil suit.
I went there to get two club sandwiches my favorite. I walked in and said to the waitress that I didn't think they were open because it looked empty from outside.
She got an attitude and said well we're open so she took me to a table and I ordered decaffeinated coffee I wasn't ready to order yet so I went to the restroom to wash my hands and I went back my table and noticed my coffee hasn't been served yet so I asked her were is my coffee and she said that she was helping a customer and said she should have gotten my coffee first. So she finally brought my coffee with no cream so I just drank it black. She asked me was I ready to order and I said no not yet. I wanted a club sandwich but still wanted to look at the menu for something that might catch my eye.
So finally I ordered two club sandwiches and asked her to put one in a box for me to take home. Finally the so called manager brings me one of my club sandwiches or you might say that it's supposed to be a club sandwich but looked like they just put a little piece of turkey and bacon on the bottom half and a little piece of lettuce and tomato on the top half and this was supposed to past for a club sandwich some how. So I looked at the sandwich and told her the so called manager that this wasn't a club sandwich and she said that's how they always make their club sandwiches and I said to that I've been ordering club sandwiches from that restaurant since 95 and have never had a club sandwich looking like this and swore up and down that this they've always made their clubs and I went on to tell her that I'm a club sandwich expert and there's no way that you can tell me that this is a club sandwich. So I finally told her that I wasn't going to pay for it so she said so just pay for the coffee and I said ok.
Then I looked at to other customers and asked them did that look like a club sandwich and they said no it didn't, and then she the so called manager got mad and told me to leave and stop bothering the people that I had got an opinion about the sandwich in question and I told her that I wasn't bothering anyone and continued to get loud and telling me to leave and told her not to raise her voice at me so I got mad at her and raised my voice back and she started to use bad language at me and I told her make sure you give the sandwiches to the homeless people. I want to know can I file a civil suit against her and the restaurant?

Tee jayes on freebis and parsons hired me and the first day expected me to know everything about there way. They gave me an inexperienced trainer.They had plenty of complaints on service being slow and management sucked.
The fourth day after studing chapters for an upcoming test they told me to go home for no reason. Bad service and good food dont mix go to the grave yard at this one.
Manager hateful to Server
- - Manager berated a server and told her to Shut Up; server cried; reviewer alleges racial harassment and Caucasian-biased hiring.
While at Tee Jayes on W. Broad St. in Columbus on Sunday, September 11, 2011, I witnessed a manager argue at and speak down to a server. She even told the Server to "Shut Up" at one point (in public sight and hearing). We have had this server many times over the last few years. She has always been friendly, extremely competent, and always smiling. This visit, however, we witnessed this server so frustrated and hurt she was crying and upset.
Now, this server appears to be of a different ethnic background than caucasion. I have NEVER seen another person treated this poorly in front of customers. In fact, I believe this may have been racially fueled hatred. I don't believe the restaurant management hires anyone that is not caucasion if they can help it.
I will continue to frequent this restaurant if only to watch the drama and report.
