The email i responded to claimed "once order is placed I will get instant access to downloads and also get dvd w/ all plans shipped to door" Now I'm being asked to pay again for dvd copy

I paid for the 16000 wood working plans and NEVER recived them I wanted them on DVD and had to pay more but still haven"t got them. I would like to be contacted on how to get in touch with them.
