Problems with the co. Teddy Need a Bath.
I ordered their product on Dec. 17th and have not heard from them at all. I realize that the Christmas rush some orders would be late, but I have tried to contact them several times and had no response. I saw their company on Shark Tank and thought that was a great Idea. I was going to order several because I told my family and they said they would like an order also. I wanted the large pillow case but they said they were out so I ordered the small and a box of Candy Teddy Softeners. They had to problem taking the $19.05 out of my bank account, but they seem to have a problem with my order and answering my E-mail. If they are not going to respond, they can at least return my money. If you can help me with this I would appreciate it. Thank You, Diane Hastings
