Horrible service
Took my phone there April 24, 2023 for repair got charged $214 the guy Sam.R told me it would be a few days for parts 2 weeks later called to check on status and Sam processed to tell me he sent my phone off without consent with me first!! Told him that's bad business and I would like my phone and money back ..2 more weeks goes by and I call and there another tech Jason working I tell him the problem and Sam never sent for my phone to get back to the store..now at this point I'm pissed Jason gets the phone ...then they have no tech for this location for 4 days ...finally I get to the store may 20,2023 get phone and supposedly my refund Jason then tells me if it's not on my card by Wednesday just come back to the store here it is Thursday May 25,2023 and I call to tell them my money is not on my card yet and the first tech Sam is there and I told him all of this is his fault he should of called before sending my phone off and stop taking people money when there was no service done still fighting for my money!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
I ordered poco m3 mobile to techy tech.. But techy tech send power bank..
Please exchange my phone or refund amount 7500.. I call daily techy tech... Techy tech today you will get it today you will get it..
Please recover my phone or amount.. Thanking you
