A couple of weeks ago, I ordered some "cable tray" (a highly specialized type of support system for lots of computer cables) from this place. Couldn't find any ratings/reviews of them as a company, so I was taking a chance. Well, they were prompt in communicating and they were diligent in following up on my order. Bachir there was very responsive and made sure my order was shipped quickly. And the price was very competitive. So no worries. Overall a very good experience. I'll recommend TechSourceDirect when any of my friends need such parts. Although it doesn't state so on their site, they're located in Orange County, California.
