Defective lock
- - Lock for sliding glass door had cylinder failures.
- - First key wouldn't come out of the cylinder.
- - Second cylinder shaft broke and the key wouldn't rotate.
I purchased a lock for my sliding glass patio door, the first key wouldn't come out of the cylinder, the shaft broke on the second cylinder, and the key wouldn't go all the way around so the key would come out of the third cylinder. They said too bad for you, we have your money.

I purchased a lock for my sliding glass door from them. The first lock cylinder the key would not come out of the lock when the door was locked unless you unlock the door with the key, it's the only way it would come out of the cylinder.
The second cylinder they sent me the shaft broke in the lock.
The third one worked great, except that the key wouldn't turn all the way around so you could remove it from the lock. when I contacted them again, they gave me a message saying too bad for you we don't know what to do for you so they're not going to do anything

Problem with key
- - Key stays in the lock cylinder when the door is locked.
- - When unlocked, the key comes out, and the customer asks how to fix or replace/return the lock.
We just recieved a sliding glass patio door lock from you, when we lock the door with the key, the key does not come out of the lock cylinder. When we unlock the door, the key comes right out.
What has to be done to correct this problem? Do we need a new lock or should I return this one to you?

Is it a SCAM?

I ordered an item (through Amazon). I never received the item.
Asked for a refund ... they refuse to return my $60.00. They say I received the item; and I did not meet their return policy. I never had an item to return.
Be aware of their shady tactics. They got my money, I got no product. Who is right? I have/had no reason to lie.
They may say they shipped an item (as they argued), yet for some reason ... I never received. It was their responsibility to ensure delivery. Now I am required to submit one hundred words to file a complaint.
What is up with that? More proof that his company is not pro customer service.
