I never received my item, and when I enquired after multiple attempts, I was told via email that the item was lost in transit and it could be replaced with another, which I agreed to. I've made multiple attempts to contact them for an update, as nothing is updated on the website.
The website stated a delivery period of 6-8 days. I can't contact them via phone because I asked for a phone contact, which was never provided. I am disappointed due to the poor customer service.
I need your immediate help in having my item shipped to me as soon as possible. I need the item for work purposes, and it's delaying me terribly.

I am trying to contact the customer service for more than a month.
I bought samsung A53, which is still in samsung gaurantee and I also took one year extra guarantee from the company. Now, the Samsung germany denied to check the problem as they said its foreign mobile.
No help from customer support etc al.
Sent many emails, many unattended calls , many chats. No response.
