Vendor Relations/ tainted
I became one of TST preferred vendors covering the state of Arizona. Providing excellent service and repair.
Until, I worked with a junior engineer by the name of (Dylan) I worked on a project installing (13) thirteen jack locations at a mobile home park.
After completing a site survey and working with Dylan to order required materials, Dylan ordered Cat-6 Underground cable. Since it wasn't my call or authority, I tried to install the cable provided. It turned out to be a mess.
I took this to Vendor services. During my complaint, vendor services ultimately Spun this complaint towards me and my Corporation.
The bill to date at that time was, $1400 + when I received payment for services rendered, it was only Half of what I had done. Siting the terminations we're wrong and I used the wrong cable.
This tainted the reputation of if my company and me the owner.
Terminations can't be wrong because I never finished them or the job
Vendor management had No idea about the technical skills.
Otherwise I had great repor with all other employees and jobs I was dispatched on.
Signed bitter in Tucson Arizona.

I am a technician is done several jobs for this company. However whenever it becomes time to be paid they are always late or some sort of reason why they cannot pay me.
Right now Im still in owed over $1500. I have tried reaching out to this company but nobody answers the phone.
I cannot seem to get a hold of anybody who will try and solve the problem. And when I did talk to accounting they were very rude and unprofessional and hung the phone up on me.

Refusal to pay invoice for onsite time
We were dispatched as a 3rd party support provider. Arrived on site and was provided no direction. Was told to leave the site, now not willing to pay for the travel or onsite time.

Rip off! Refuse to pay.
This telecommunication, call center outsourcing company called me for contract IT service and refuse to pay for the service performed via work order once the service was completed. Manager wanted me to do work outside the scope of the work order that I was given and I told him to submit another work order to get the work he was stating taken care, he refused to sign my work order and Tech Service Today refused to pay me for my service.
Also Carrabbas Tech support Bloomin Band Help Desk also stated the exact same thing.
Then a week later TST stated that I didn't complete my work order for replacing ceiling tiles and cable management! Which isn't on the work order!

Tech Service Today LLC, aka Tech Service Today, aka Technology Service Today LLC, aka Technology Service Today, aka TST Called us and asked to send a technician to the King of Prussia Mall at 3:38 PM on a Friday. We sent a tech in rush hour traffic and they called him and said they would call back with information on where to go in the mall.
They left the tech sit there for 1 hour before we called and discovered they were simply not going to call him back. Do not fall for the scam Tech Service Today LLC, aka Tech Service Today, aka Technology Service Today LLC, aka Technology Service Today, aka TST is running!

Tech Service Today ( What a Joke)
I do not know where to start. This company is a complete joke. My company has several location in California. We were essentially tricked into doing business with them from on of their talented salesmen. This person persuaded us to believe that they had seasoned technicians, which they may have. However, the technicians that we got we filthy, bad hygene, had no form of I.D. no business cards and that just the start.
They ended up taking down our network and they were unable to repair what they broke. We just wanted another WAP but the screwed this up completely.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

yep, they have tried getting us to work for them for YEARS and its always the same thing these are such important customers, please be highly professional, yet they don't want to pay, never ask about insurance, which is CRAZY
