I ordered a mobile phone by the end of 2014. From the start I had issues with the phone and requested an exchange.

The answer was to send the phone back and having me paying the costs. So I tried to work around the issues by resetting the phone again and again. At some point, the phone couldn't be charged any more because the the charger within the mobile phone was broken. Now, I had to return the phone to have it fixed.

Again, there wasn't any customer service on the side of TEC. All they offered to have the phone fixed if I was paying for the delivery back and forth. The phone only was 6 month in use and I would have expected a courtesy reaction - no way. In the end I had to pay an additional USD 60,00 to have the phone sent for repair.

Lousy customer service. Not worth the hassle. Get your phone from another shop.

There are several out there that do provide better customer service. I am talking from experience.

I purchased this phone (Teca 92-b) it was supossed to have 16gb internal memory, android kitkat 4.4. But it doesn't have this. It has 1.1gb internal memory and android jellybean.

When I have tried contacting them via their eBay store the people were very rude to start off with then whoever took over replying to me didn't have a clue about mobiles. And I get the feeling they sell the phone but they certainly don't make them. He kept saying he will check at the factory and its almost as if the guys and the factory just tell them its fine so they come back and they us the customer its fine and it isn't.

I asked why I don't have kitkat on my phone and got told I do. The fact is I don't, the api level and SDK is 17. Which means its Jellybean 4.2.2. They have modified it to show 4.4 but it certainly isn't kitkat.

As for the internal memory, I have had to insert an ex eternal memory as 1.1gb certainly is not enough.

I purchased this phone for £195.00 and then the external memory was £30.00. I am thinking of returning this phone but judging be previous complaints and reviews I don't know ifnitsnworth the hassle.

I ordered this phone in ebay on early Nov 2014. The phone reached me at the end if Dec 2014. Almost took 50 days to reach me. Ebay 30 day refund elapsed. The phone had a network problem. When contacted the seller, he mentioned imei would have blocked in your country and given some suggestions to change. By this time Ebay 60 day replacement guarantee too elapsed. So now onwards ebay won't want to come into the picture and will be always on safe side. Its only you lost your money....

No suggestions of seller worked. Soseller asked me to check with repairing shop manipulated me that he pay for the cost. When checked with repairing shop, the software (Rom) corrupted and phone now bricked. This was happened in Jan 5th. Then I requested the seller to provide Rom spftware for flashing on Jan 5th 2015. But not yet received. Its now Mar 15 2015. I have been following up with the seller (Yu Ching Kwan - tplus store) almost daily from the day one to till date... he simply reply to your mail saying that I will help you... that's it... no matter your issue won't be resolved.. I brought the phone for 230 USD. Now costs incurred for me a total of 310 USD. Still no use of the phone....

Sometimes, the seller asks us to post back the item. I tried but end up with local laws and shipment rules makes around 100 USD for the shipment.. so be careful... the phone brought from teca store is a dead asset. I can say a toy... atleast a toy is useful for a child but this phone brought from tec store is a waste.

I strongly recommend not to buy from this seller and not to waste your money, time and don't get frustated... I agree that we go for these type of sellers thinking that ebay will be there so no worries. But ebay is also one of the cheater here as per my understanding.. I have written to ebay many a times and no reply had got from ebay on this....

So be careful...

If i know how to file a case on them ( both teca store and ebay) I would have filed. Not to leave these kind of cheaters around....

Buongiorno, spiego in breve la mia "esperienza". Ho ordinato su Ebay, venditore Tec-Plus, uno smartphone.

Il venditore è stato disponibile per tutto il tempo prima e dopo l'acquisto del telefono. Ho spiegato i problemi del dispositivo e il venditore mi ha proposto di cambiarlo *** uno migliore (mi mandò un link per e-mail) dopo il reso. Sottolineo che ho speso quasi 220 euro per il telefono più 20 euro la spedizione per la restituzione. E' anche colpa delle poste italiane ed estere perché il telefono l'ho spedito nel Regno Unito ed è arrivato dopo un mese a destinazione.

Dopo più di due mesi (29 ottobre 2014) ricevo il telefono totalmente diverso e molto inferiore da quello proposto dal venditore (disse che era passato troppo tempo avevano provveduto *** la sostituzione di un altro modello ancora). Ho contattato il venditore e gliel'ho fatto presente ma ancora non ho ricevuto risposta. Il primo modello acquistato era un TECA G88B, octa core, 5.5", dual sim, 3 GB di ram e 2 GB la rom sostituito poi *** un U9000, quad core, 5,7", 512 MB la ram e 2 GB la rom.

Nel suo negozio non sono più presenti. Ho verificato in giro, il telefono U9000 costa meno della metà del modello TECA G88B

I purchased a tablet PC on ebay.com (FOR $163) on 25th August 2014, I received the item after a month and the display was faulty (each time I hold/pickup the tablet PC part of the display LCD liquid keeps moving around) and I told the seller .

I sent pictures of the LCD screen damage and the seller replied to me on ebay messenger and agreed to give me the full refund after I return ship the item and the seller receives the item.

I shipped the item on 1st October 2014 and it was send to the sellers address on the 6th of October 2014. I kept on reminding the seller that he/she has the item and to send me the refund. The seller gave me excuses that he/she has to get reports and again and again the replies were more reports.

Today it's 40 days since the seller has received the returned item and sill has not given me the refund money.

I have pictures and videos of the tablet damage and now the seller is saying there is no damage. Then in another message the seller says a tablet cable is missing, which he cant say as I packed everything which was sent to me (USB to Micro USB cable, USB to Power cable, Power Adopter, Instructions and EVEN THE GUARANTY PAPER was sent back to the seller.) INCLUDING the envelop which the seller sent the tablet to me was sent back to Hong Kong.

21st November 2014 - RECEIVED SAME DAMAGED PRODUCT!!!!!

The only fault I've had with the 3 phones from them is a weaker headphone port, which is why I can't recommend the brand. But, other than that, the customer service has been pretty good, and I got my phone scuffs and everything fixed for less than $50 with shipping (not a cracked screen, mind you). They even put the screen protector on if you order it at the same time.

The phone camera is great, and I can always impress friends and take higher resolution pics than the iPhone 6 & Samsung 5, and they only fail at distant pics, if anything.

I looked around for an android phone but the major companies were very expensive. Companies like Samsung charge a *** of a lot for their phones. I found Tec-plus on ebay selling phones which looked exactly like a Samsung Note. The description on ebay said that it was Note 2 and made fantastic claims which sounded ok because after all, the internals are probably made by the same electronics companies, right? When the phone arrived I found that the claim that it had a 32 times zoom did not exist and as for the claim that it had an S pen that was a lie, it has a stylus. I contacted them and didn't get an adequate reply on my questions.

Being in the UK, we are used to being ripped off by all the companies who charge us whatever the want because they don't have to obey laws, only the ordinary people do. So I thought I might as well keep the phone as it works. It was guaranteed for 2 years and at 1 year it stopped working. I sent it back to them at my cost and after a month I had to chase them up and they didn't know what was happening to the phone. Eventually, they told me that I had to send them the postage £14 about $20 for them to send the phone back to me. When the phone arrived it was dirty, scratched up and the chrome bezel was worn away.

I initially thought that they had mis-handled the phone but I looked at the IMEI and it was a different phone. They had sent me someone else's old beaten up phone.

When I complained, the wanted me to send it back and they will give me a different phone. I had to pay the postage to send the phone to them and I suppose send them the postage for them to send me another second hand one back to me. So that will be a total of $80 in postage.

I told them to send me a new phone and I will then send them this one, but they wouldn't.

With a company so far away, they don't have to comply with our laws so there is not much I can do but to keep this phone until it breaks and get a new one from this country.

Much better to spend the money and get a good phone than buy from this 'conpany' or from China.

If you buy on Ebay something, and shipping (or other action) soon will out-dated, immediatelly DO "Money Returning" issue to ebay! Return moneys, even you have success shipping, just send back or send moneys to him again.

But don't wait his promises, he is lier and never return moneys.

I am waiting my camcorders for 1 year, he promise and promise.

Now he make silence, no contacts and so on.

It was lost about three hundrends dollars.

I bought a TECA G900B phone to TEC-PLUS and the camera says is 16MP but the quality is like 3MP camera all photographs are blurred and with very low resolution even with day light. The TEC-PLUS ad says OS phone is Android 4.4 but this is an Android 4.3.

Battery life is very short even with the phone only in standby mode is only 6 hours, and then suddenly and without any warning the phone shuts down itself abruptly. Contacted TEC-PLUS about this and he told me he will sent a new battery with longer life but after more than one month I have received nothing. No tracking number for the battery shipping.

Really pissed off.
