Didnt get my redeem codes
I just bought 100 coins for $58 and for the second time in a row it said 'transaction declined', but the money was taken out and I didn't get my redeem code. The first time this happened was yesterday, 09/24/24.
I just want my redeem codes. I didn't even get an email at all. Can I please get my redeem codes?
It didn't give me a transaction code or anything. The Tebex store is TNN RP.

Money locked, No answers
My money is locked in the Tebex wallet because it does not allow you to add payment methods for 30 days after you added one.
Support does not exist. It has been a week already and got no answer from anyone. Not even a "received" automated response.
I don't recommend using Tebex at all because of all the problems it might generate to you.

By keeping my account banned from making purchases, you are discriminating against a member of the LGBT community, and this wouldn't look good for your corporation on social media. I've tried to be nice about this, I've sent many email, tried calling, it's blatant at this point. I linked one of my transaction ID's to find my account
