I have been a business customer for 9 years.

1) Still no response to calls, or emails - CAN'T LEAVE A MSG, MAILBOX FULL

2) Tried to reach out on socials - no response.

3) I have wrote 2 letters to head office - no response

Teapigs have now had the cheek to send me an email celebrating 25% off tea as they have launched their new website.

Shame you can't fulfill previous orders.

Your recent reviews on trustpilot are dreadful. No-one receiving their goods that they have paid for.

I am absolutely furious.
