These predatory stalkers need to be stopped immediately they're agenda is terrible and malicious and you should not be fooled by their cult like propaganda
The people that work for teamsters are predatory stalkers they are hunters that will stalk you in your personal lives they will synchronize themselves to your agenda in your daily activities follow you away from work and hunch you socially they will mount themselves to locations that you go to such as gas stations or stores and verbally attack you into following their cult like propaganda they will make blind promises that they cannot guarantee delivery on and when you politely Say no to their rants and raves they will verbally attack you they will call you homophobic slurs they will cuss you out My recommendation for anybody is to stay far away from these predators These people stalk you in your personal time and try to recruit view they are known for shouting homophobic slurs at anyone who politely disagrees with whatever they say and when you call to talk to their superiors they yell at you and don't listen this company is terrible and these people should be arrested for stalking workers to try to get them to sign up for the Union. if people had the same actions in trying to get a date, those people would use the term rapist - that is how fearful I am for leaving work and being followed yet again by one of these predators.
They are a "democratic brotherhood" but will freely use homophobic slurs to try and get you to sign your soul to them and their socialistic borderline communistic propaganda. Be safe when they are around you.

Taking away American dream
The teamsters are not Fighting for Pensions & the American Dream they are taking the American dream away from retires changing the rules and expanding the area you can't work in after retirement changing the early retirement rules When we voted to accept the Rule 84 retirement plan they told us it was just like being 65 then over time they changed the rules without a vote now it's very hard to retire early why did we have to vote to accept the rule 84 plan and they can change it without a vote the old plan we were in paid more into are pension and we would have recieved more in retirement but rule 84 Age and years of service equalk 84 you could retire like being 65 now that I'm ready to retire the rule 84 is a joke the teamsters don't care about its older long time members just making money from new members they can screw over down the road

No rep,No help and no investigation as to how I was hurt
Yes I told the shop guy. I was put into a damned if you do damned if you don't deal.
Then into a very dangerous situation with the means to hurt a lot of people. I think I was the only one hurt, Leaving shortly after, I tried easier work but because of all that happened my knee and my back failed prematurely .I had left when that place was in the middle of contract issue's and because of all that never got medical pay ,and a bonus of the rest of my life on disability. I hate the company I hate the union that failed all the way around. But thank them for having me lose a job I wanted to retire from.
I tried to work at another place that did the same but found that I could not do the lifting anymore because of them. Shame on you my father was a union guy and did alright. You all owe it was your greed and negligence that ruined a once great union. I should have had a union attorney and pay but just like the rest of the jerks in Washington you are all on the take.
I cannot even remember how I was hurt. But I know that you are all at fault for me now. I will remember this and if I am ever in a position to damage the public preception of the union or company I will. I have just started writing again.
Everyone I can touch with my tail of grief pain and sorrow will know how I was treated. The fliers are just a start. and paper is not expensive. Email is free and there are a lot of email addresses.
Thanks and all of you That shoul have helped please jump in a frozen lake. Have a nice day B

No longer a union supporter!
Poor Representation
I am writing you in regard to what I believe was a failure of my local union to adequately represent me in a serious disciplinary action by my employer.
I have been employed as a campus security officer by the Palm Springs Unified School District for over 15 years. During this period of time I received predominantly positive evaluations and only once in 2007 did I receive a formal reprimand.
In 2014 I was involved in an incident in which the district took action against me. My representative, Gregorio Daniels, made a deal with the district and advised me to take a 2-week suspension. After this was settled he commented to me that he “wouldn’t help me” in the future.
Later that year I got in a discussion with a coworker over a parental rights issue. After a brief exchange we disengaged and continued our jobs. A week later an administrator confronted me about the incident which led to a series of events that cumulated in the district suspending me with the intent to dismiss.
Mr. Daniels represented me in the Skelly hearing and told me that he would do all the talking. Prior to the hearing he did not meet with me or discuss with me how he planned to proceed. He did not introduce evidence that was relevant and significant and the outcome was not favorable to me.In 2014 I was involved in an incident in which the District took action against me. My representative, Gregorio Daniels, made a deal with the district and advised me to take a 2-week suspension. After this was settled he commented to me that he “wouldn’t help me in the future. “and he was good to his word. Leaving me as an individual to fight for my employment rights against a publically funded employer with unlimited resources.
I informed Mr. Daniels that I wanted to request a hearing he contacted the district and the district set up the hearing. Later he informed me that the union had decided to no longer represent me citing my persona, specifically that I would “not hold up under cross-examination” as the reason behind the decision.
I feel that If I had been consulted and represented properly at the Skelly hearing the outcome would have been in my favor. I do not believe it is appropriate for union representatives to make deals with employers in regard to future disciplinary action as it leaves the employee vulnerable to disciplinary over-reach by the employer without having to take into account a response from the union.
I also believe that it was because of this arrangement that the union declined to represent me at the next level hearing leaving me as an individual to fight for my employment rights against a publically funded employer with unlimited resources.

Teamsters Labor Union Review from Plainfield, Illinois
Work under Local 700 in Cook County we have not had a contract for 9 years now. The Stewart's are finally negotiating a contract, they keep arguing about what department gets what, and now I hear my name keeps coming up during negotiations because they feel I should not be working in the department I was hired for.
How or why I got my job has nothing to do with negotiations I pay union dues out of my check just like all the other members. Not to mention the so called Stewart's were not elected in.
Forced contract vote
We were told to meet at local 823 to hear new union contract proposal. No one got a copy of the proposed contract, it was read to us.
The room wasn't big enough for all of us, not everyone could hear. We were told the SIGNIFICANT changes to contract and were told to vote at end of meeting. 6 days later we hear that the union and company are STILL negotiating the contract. We voted on a blind contract!
How is this allowed? What are our rights? How can this be stopped and if it can't be stopped how can I get 30 years of union dues back?!
Is this even legal? Help!!

If that wasn't bad enough, then my boss calls him out to our facility to get advice on a promotion that we just had. Now who do we file a grievence with since he counciled with him on how to get over on members.

Bad union representation
well first why wont are union let us see the actual voting slips that people use to vote a shop stewart in the election. People who vote are always asking how the f#$@ did the *** get in no one seems to have voted for these guys.
How come are union rep was always showing up at work not to talk to use but to but to come and just sit and talk the manager about nothing related the union rep was doing this every day till one of the honest shop stewart brought it up at there meeting and like magic he stopped. The same stewart before he supposedly got voted in was a stewart in the warehouse and the company we work for invented a job for him being in charge of the forklift mechanics before he went to the union office. When he supposedly got voted in as chef stewart he went to the union office and there was no posting for someone else in the warhouse to take the job they just hired some one from the outside for the position. The other shop stewarts are no better we have one stewart who is honest. He lets us now whats going on they other stewarts are always telling us nothing.
there are people who do run but are never voted in I personally believe that the stewart that are in fix the votes so that they stay shop stewart and as for someone saying they don't get payed for being shop stewarts that not true ever time they have a meeting the company gives them a paid day off because the had meetings. I could go on but I think that's enough for now. I now that some union people think im bad mouthing the unions. Im not ive worked for two other companies that had unions never any problems with them .
This union Im in now is a joke its basically pay your dues and shut up about whats going on never mind that one of our brothers in being discriminated against by both sides the company we work for fires people for the same thing our shop stewarts do every day. nothing.
Most of the stewarts have easy jobs like janitor and theyhave a hard time doing that. Like I said our stewarts are well looked after by our company.

Teamsters Local 337 Refuses to Address Discrimination
The contract signed by Reno Mifsud, vice president and business agent of Teamsters Local 337, and the employer states, "The Company and Union agree that they will not discriminate against any employee in violation of applicable anti-discrimination laws."
Why then, in the grievance process, does this corrupt labor union state that it doesn't deal with harassment and racial discrimination?
Why would a labor union so hostile to African-Americans think it should have the opportunity to represent large numbers of Detroit residents in a new city-wide recycling program?
Mayor Dave Bing, City Council President Charles Pugh, and the public need to know how Local 337, attempting to conceal collusion with the employer, turns a blind eye on the employer's ongoing harassment and racial discrimination against an African-American member in a joint effort to eliminate the threat of exposure.
Teamsters Local 337 gives a wink and a nod to the employer's campaign of daily terror against the member by refusing to provide fair representation in the face of clear violations of the contract and the law.
Teamsters Local 337 and the employer have been warned verbally and in writing many times that their behavior is unacceptable and intolerable.
Ceasing the harmful, racist, discriminatory behavior and restoring the violated member is not optional.
The union and employer are not going to subject African-American members this kind of outrageous treatment and keep stepping like nothing happened here.
Teamsters Local 337 Plays Dupe-the-Negro
An African-American will never see fair representation from Teamsters Local 337.
Local 337's officials simply refuse to handle an employer who engages in outrageous acts of racial discrimination.
In fact, Local 337 actively turns against an African-American member with such complaints and joins in the employer's retaliation.
It allows the employer to boldly violate the contract and the law and fabricate causes for disciplinary action.
Local 337 plays Dupe-the-Negro with an African-American member, collecting the dues, providing nothing but double talk when representation is required, and smirking among themselves while running the game.
Its officials actually have the nerve to defend and attempt to justify overt acts of racial discrimination, while attacking the targeted member.
Smirk, smirk, smirk...
Is this what Teamsters Local 1035 did to Omar Thornton?
Yes, paisano, and they all lie to cover each other.
Smirk, smirk, smirk...
Teamsters Local 337 - No Fair Representation
This filthy labor union is corrupt and refuses to provide fair representation to its members.

Members unknowingly voted away their benefits, discovering the slick trickery months after the fact.
Those who spoke out in opposition to the corruption faced termination.
The union and employer retaliated in unison.
The union refused to provide fair representation, as the employer openly acted in gross violation of the contract.
This activity took place at LaGrasso Brothers Produce in Detroit, MI and Miceli & Oldfield in Taylor, MI.
Teamster Local 337 is located in Detroit, MI.

I think the teamsters union has allowed companies to buy a local to create work under a management arranged agreement. By doing this the company has a labor force, and the union can receive dues to operate their office with a number of operations staff, on the surface it’s just like a real union/management agreement.
Within the first 3 pages of our contract there was a paragraph that essentially stated that the rest of the pages didn’t matter: the company retained the right to make whatever decision it wanted to regardless of what the wording stated elsewhere in the agreement. The other shops under the same agreement were told not speak to us, the largest group under the contract, before a purchase of our operation so the other shops combined constituted a majority under this contract. This teamster union was colluding with the new employer, by not only raiding membership from the previous union, they colluded with them to prevent us from knowing what this contract was all about ! Teamsters aren’t worth *** They caused my pension, from the previous union, to revert to unfunded and it collapsed, causing it to be sold to a insurance company to be dispensed as an annuity.
I’ll get maybe 50% percent of what I’d planned for.
So much for 41 years of service. I truly feel your pain, Bro.
