About refund

I was told that it has been processed and it should show up in 7-10 days! Will wait and see! It has been 11 business days sent it was sent!

After a month they sent me a email saying my purchase would be delayed but it was delivered just 2 days late from their original date so they did a great job getting it to me.

User's recommendation: You may have to wait a little bit with a customized article.

I was charged for expedited shipping

When my credit card was charged, an expedited shipping fee of $15 was charged. I didnt not request or want that service. Please refund that additional shipping.
