We had 7 pre-existing issues after we bought the Sienna LP and they gave us the run around and wanted a fee to diagnose for each issue. Our salesman ignored us, his supervisor was nonresponsive.

The Collison Center did not get back to us. Only the Service Center responded to our in-person complaint and fixed 3 of them. I wanted to report them to the General Manager and could not get through. Do not buy from Team Toyota of Langhorne.

I am in the process of emailing and will go up there again if I have to. 2 of the issues are safety risks and one is covered under a Class Action Lawsuit on the Sliding doors. We dread the day we purchased from them.

They are more concerned who is going to pay for the repairs. It is Certified Vehicle--they are suppose to cover it.

Scion iA inside Head Unit

Team Toyota Of Langhorne - Scion iA inside Head Unit
I've had a big problem with the service dept. I'm also a long time customer and was always happy in the past, but it seems management has changed recently. I had an appt for a routine service appt- no problems with the 2016 Scion ia . When finished I got in my car to leave and noticed the maintenance required light was still on, so i asked the service rep to turn it off. He told me the Inside Head Unit broke (during service) and he couldn't turn the light off - they was no warning light that came on. Team Management refuses to take responsibility- Toyota headquarter will only pay portion of a replacement- leaving me to play the $399- balance.

Scion iA inside Head Unit

Update by user Jul 26, 2019

I bought my Toyota Scion to a different Toyota service station (Liberty Toyota in Burlington, NJ). They diagnosed the problem as a front wire in the Head Unit not connecting to a back wire- and showed it to me- I could see it wasn't connected.

They charged me $60- parts fee to order and pay in advance, and said i would just have to pay service fees. Bought my car in to them about a week later when the part arrived. However after working on it, Service Rep said the ordered part didn't fix it, and in further testing discovered it was the Head Unit. - So I needed a new Head Unit and was told the price would be $990.00 (approx).

I ended up telling them about the experience I had with Team Toyota in Langhorne PA and that I had a complaint pending. The Service Rep was polite but probably had her hands tied, she then checked the history and saw when the trouble began as well as all the times I bought it to Team Toyota (being a loyal customer). She told me to call her up with the Toyota case number and she would see if they could replace the unit there at the same price Toyota headquarters quoted.

I haven't called yet because I'm out of work and can't afford even bargains, plus I still feel that Team Toyota caused the damage when I bought the car in for a maintenance check and I shouldn't have to pay for it. However when I contacted Toyota Headquarters again, they are refusing to negotiate further.

I have a 2016 Scion IA- bought car to Team Toyota in Langhorne PA to have oil changed and 80,000 mile check few days ago. When finished, got into my car and the Head Unit wasn't working- no warning. Toyota staff - who didn't tell me it was broken, is now refusing to fix it saying Head Unit can break at any time. Toyota Manufacturer Headquarters in TX also backing service staff saying Head Unit can break at any time. All of which I don't believe and was never told. Now I have no clock, IB port not working, unable to see or change radio station and reverse camera is very faulty.

Unprofessional sales representatives

I have been dealing with Team Toyota for several years now, I am a repeat customer who recently attempted to purchase a vehicle. After repeatedly calling to reach a sales rep I previously worked with Richard Gray, (who was out sick) the price of the vehicle increased a 1,000 dollars. Seemed my interest spurred this last minute price increase (book value was 23,200. After I complained about the price increase, the price was lowered, however they attempted to force a higher interest rate stating my credit under their guidelines regarding auto finance did not qualify me for the interest rate. Folks would be better off finding a different dealership. It seemed far to convenient the price of the vehicle only went up after I showed interest. When I previously made the purchase of my Toyota Tundra @ $58,000 dollars with not so great credit I was approved for the 2.9% interest rate. I can only think the difference between then and now was my willingness to trade two vehicles in, both $3,000 under book value. Maybe they are desperate for customers, but it seems the Sales Representatives have resorted to working via the GOUGE method with. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Don't ever let a Car salesman say to you "people want to come in all the time and negotiate a lower price on the purchase of a vehicle, but they never to this at the supermarket when buying a head of lettuce or a stalk of celery." Of course the supermarket prices are not so grossly overpriced. Gotta love used care salesman, especially with that mentality.

That happened to me as well, only the price went up $4000. They did honor the price I was told before I drove out there.

Team Toyota Of Langhorne Service Department Review from Levittown, Pennsylvania

Their service department is slow rude unprofessional and they lie. What else is there to say ? Tried to have service and recall work done there previously. On every occasion they botched it up and were incredibly rude to me. The most recent time I drop my car off at the specified time and returned it the specified time to pick it up. Vehicle was never looked at . And I was told that I don't get enough service work there to be given preferential treatment. Slimy car dealership.

Absolutely right, I had the exact same experience. They had my car once for 2 hours and never looked at anything, they told me later they forgot! I could give multiple other examples.

Beware of Team Toyota in Langhorne, PA

Team Toyota in Langhorne, PA is one of the worst dealerships around. They sold me a new car that already had touch up paint on it and when I found out they did not take responsibility for it. Their salesman Anthony was no where to be found to address any issues that were result of the sale. Anthony at Team Toyota puts on a good front, but once he got his commission he disappeared. The new car sales manager Jerry refused to address the scratches and touch up paint on the bumper. Team Toyota in Langhorne, PA likes to sell cars they claim are new, but really have been damaged and by all account purposes are used. They also messed up on registration paperwork.
