Online and recorded voicemail states the following: Service Department is open MON-FRI 7AM-6PM and SAT 8AM-4PM, closed SUN with a phone number of 855-660-****. You are unable to access the department by calling any numbers listed and there is no option to press for service, sales, parts, etc., it always goes to the base mailbox for voicemail. Unprofessional communication set-up. If this is impacted by the pandemic, the setup and voicemail should be changed to protect its customer base, it's too easy to loose customers which cannot access different areas in the business.
User's recommendation: Adjust your communication preferences to include forwarding to appropriate department.
