I am done with this company. I cannot believe they did not even reach out to me after trying to get hold of them this many times beautiful tea.

Zero customer service be very careful with your money. Obviously this company doesn’t care about the customers

Absolutely nothing they still havent gotten in touch with me. They just dont give a *** about the customers. At the end of it Im gonna call the world off hotels because I stay there all the time and thats the tea that they use there so I think Im gonna let them know how bad this company is.

Tea leaves must be a company that’s probably going out of business because they have not even tried to contact me and I absolutely loved their tea. It was the best I’ve drank just no customer service whatsoever. Very sad.

I bought some lavender tree Earl Grey. It was beautiful tea, but it was very dry.

I try to address it with the company and I have not been able to speak to a single person.

I have phoned the office in Vancouver direct you cannot even leave a message to anyone at the company When that tear is fresh. Its some of the best tea Ive ever drunk.

$90

Preferred solution: Tea that is not so dry

They dont return their calls. They dont return emails.

You cannot speak to anybody. Thats not a good company to me.
