After three calls to Teac, I haven't received more or less professional answers to my simple questions and decide to send Teac NT- 505 to repair to "United Radio", shop pointed by Teac, accompanied by papers I found in the box with unit.
After that "United Radio," one week refused to start fixing my unit because there were not enough papers for warranty repair, I sent a confirmation from the store I purchased that unit, which was not enough again.
So that is very painful to deal with that kind of service.
