Complete lack of availability of customer support. Zero communication throughout policy term.

I have recieved 2 registered letters claiming I am in arrears. Each letter is claiming different amounts for the monies owed. I was on hold on the telephone, with their only available outlet for consumer support, for 2hrs. Literally, not figuratively. Between the three business days I have recieved 2 registered letters from them and I have been on hold trying to reach them for no less than 4hrs. Some of which are hours that I am expected to be working and NOT on hold with my insurance provider. Had I been in a accident and needed to reach out to them it would be near impossible. I will happily pay a higher premium elsewhere, that provides customer support, than ever again at TD Insurance.
