They say they insure you, but after two months they promised me 340$ and then never paid me. They don't return emails or phone calls. I now have to seriously considering cancelling this credit card. I will NEVER use it again on a car rental. I'm in my sixties and I've never been treated so poorly by such a huge company.".

Worst customer service I have ever seen
I have opened up a locked in RRSP account with them. My cheque was mailed out by my employer to the branch.
They confirmed me that the cheque was deposited to my account on Friday. Then I called them on Tuesday and they said the cheque status is pending for deposit. I asked for the branch manager but no one picked up. Their staff told me that my financial advisor will pick up the cheque and deposit to my account which did not happen.
They will not give the cheque to me!!!
So I need to depends on the financial advisor to deposit the cheque. In competent staff and providing different information each time I called them.

Cheap & Greedy TD Bank
What a Shame to the Leadership of TD bank.
They took away 2 payments of my Credit card. one I made as they didn't take it from auto debit on cut off date to be safer for charging interest I made the payment shockingly they took away auto debit payment as well, when asked for refund they will say it will take 5 business days when I asked y they said its in process and will 3 business day, I said where is that money sitting right now she said its in the process but could explain where that refund payment is , so Td use your money for 3 business days to make more money ...

Preferred solution: The money stolen by fraud returned and access to my accounts.
TD Visa mailed me my PIN
Received mail from TD Visa with my PIN.
I DON'T HAVE A TD VISA.

The mail is in french and the phone number verified is correct.
Data Breach? Maybe they should publish this on their website or warn people, but I understand most banks are obliged to do this. Needs to change!
If you recevied a call about your card being compromised they won't even tell you where it was compromised. That's fubar.
Fraud?
There was someone snooping around last week in driveway. Maybe they got the card and now trying to get the PIN to pull out money before bank realizes.
