Hi I contacted many times the bank to get my problem fix ,but no one is able to help ,and now i still have the same problem this is the worst bank ,and the worst customer service

Concern over digital ID

It is my understanding that TD plans to switchover to digital ID without an answer from customer. I'm fed up with more and more of Governments and Businesses tracking us. You don't have my agreement to go to digitital ID. My wife and I have been customere at TD for over 40 years and have been very happy with the service during that time. It is my hope that TD will not go to digital ID. Not that one customer could ever sway the decision of TD, but should the conversion happen, we will close out all of our accounts, GIC investments, TFSAs, Stock accounts and Rifs.
