I called and am just trying to make an online account with TD Auto Finance to view my remaining loan balance and I have been on hold for an hour so far. This is absolutely ridiculous. They seriously need to revise their standards of customer service because this is so unacceptable - never again! So glad that I merely have my car loan through TD and not my everyday bank account - never had a problem getting a customer service agent on the phone...

I have recently financed a vehicle through TD Bank auto... My payment is due on the 19th of the month... I wanted to change my due date from the 19th to the 16th of the month and I can't believe that they want to charge me $13.91 to make that change... Are you kidding me you really need the money that bad that you would nitpick a perspective customer that you would charge somebody for changing a due date... and here I was about ready to change...

I was behind on payments I made arrangements for payment to some guy who assured me I had until Friday afternoon. I had the money and would have paid but the crappy repo guy Derek from Boise Idaho came and got my vehicle at 7 am Friday morning. Now they want 2200.00 to get it out. TD auto finance are liars crooks and cheats!

horrible. reached them everyday for 5 days straight. each person on the phone gave a different procedure and took 10 minutes trying to find my info. paid 1900 to get my car back, and now they can still take my car. outrageous, the absolute worst experience.

I cannot even create an account because something is always wrong and you can`t reach these people on the phone. It really sucks that our car company used this bank. If I`d know I would not have gotten the car there!!! I have heard they call you when you are a day late by looking in these these reviews. Maybe that`s why I can`t reach them and keep getting a busy signal. It would really help if I could get this online payment method working...

The first time I called, the lady said she couldn't hear me and hung up. The 2nd time I called someone picked up the phone, then instantly hung up.
