Extremely terrible experience every time I call the customer service line. If it isn't being on hold for up to an hour at times, being spoken down to by the representatives, hung up on, them arguing with you when you are trying to get resolution on your auto loan and then talking over you when you request the help of a manager to resolve the issue. I wouldn't reccommend this company to anyone!
