Fake Lloyd also uses 2 companies called EIG Company CPA, LLC and Excelsior Investment Group to wire the upfront fees too. These companies are located in different states, which fake Lloyd says he is from Manhattan California but is in Baton Rouge LA. TOTAL FRAUD........

The Lloyd Anastasi is a FRAUD who has stolen the real Lloyd name and ID, bank account information, drivers license, SS number and other items of the real Lloyd. When asked to do a video conference call he refuses too.

Will not return the funds but is trying to get more money to complete the loan, which is FAKE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....

We had been scammed by TCST Capital / LL Creation / Lloyd Anastasi / Lloyd A Ralph as well on November 30th, 2019 for $15,000.00 The $15,000.00 upfront fees/funds that were sent to close a $3,000,000.00 loan with TCST Capital / LL Creation / Lloyd Anastasi / Lloyd A Ralph, this was a scam. Mr. Lloyd Ralph defaulted on our loan contract agreement. Mr. Lloyd Ralph contractually defaulted on the $3 million dollar loan and was to return the $15 thousand dollar deposit of funds within 24 to 48 hours as illustrated in the Loan contracts. Due to his default and refusal to return the $15 thousand upfront fee has initiated a report to the White Collar Criminal and Bank Fraud departments at the FBI. Within the FBI report, all companies, parties & people associated with the $3 million dollar loan scam with TCST Capital / LL Creation / Lloyd Anastasi / Lloyd A Ralph have been disclosed in the report and legal action has been initiated. The repayment has not been received.
