Know what is happening

sent parts to them =====they received the box on FEB10 I have not heard from them. phones are busy, live chat has no place to type. I am out 2 airbrushes, aG22 &;;;;;;;;;;;;; a G222 Master airbrush they have a line to call me back though. twice and no one has called me..
