Forgery by Thomas Michaelides Las Vegas
Thomas Michaelides , TCM_Law_Group, Las Vegas, forged a court order and submitted it to Google to remove posts calling out his horrific past as an attorney such as allowing his paralegal to work as an attorney who was arrested for the unlawful practice of law, Thomas Michaelides was sued twice for legal malpractice, and had been suspended by the State Bar of Nevada three times.
Now, Las Vegas attorney Thomas Michaelides has to deal with another issue. Federal and state law enforcement are looking at his forgery since forging the clerk's seal and judge's signature is a violation of both state and federal law.
Specifically,
18 USCS § 505: Whoever forges the signature of any judge, register, or other officer of any court of the United States, or of any Territory thereof, or forges or counterfeits the seal of any such court, or knowingly concurs in using any such forged or counterfeit signature or seal, for the purpose of authenticating any proceeding or document, or tenders in evidence any such proceeding or document with a false or counterfeit signature of any such judge, register, or other officer, or a false or counterfeit seal of the court, subscribed or attached thereto, knowing such signature or seal to be false or counterfeit, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

Thomas Michaelides , TCM Law Group, has a history of scamming people by taking money and not doing the work he was retained to do and/or giving the work to a paralegal to do. He has been suspended by the state bar multiple times and is nothing else than a Las Vegas fraud.
Very shady attorney who stole property and money from me. Thomas Michaelides and his paralegal (unknown if she went to an actual paralegal school) Natasha_Smith_Las_Vegas acted very improperly where each were on notice Matthew Katz who did go to law school, but could not become an attorney in Nevada, was given the title of paralegal, and was allowed to practice law without a license. See Matthew Katz booking photo attached to this profile and post. Despite knowing of the illegal conduct of Matthew Katz in my case, Thomas Michaelides did nothing and allowed Katz to do legal work.
Katz was arrested for Unauthorized Practice of Law, 205.390 - Obtaining Signature by False Pretense, 205.0832 - Theft by False Pretense Over $3500.
