Regarding an incident on Saturday, November 30. 2024
On Saturday, November 30th, I purchased two quarts of frozen yogurt. At the cash register, I presented my gift cards (25.00 & 5.00).
The associate stated that the total cost was 27.98. At that time, I explained that the gift card she swiped was for 25.00. The associate threw up her hands and left the register. She went to the back and never returned.
Another associate completed the transaction. I told this associate that she didn't take my code from my app, and she stated that it was too late. I think the frustration came from lack of knowledge and/or training of the gift cards.
We're regular customers and normally buy a large quantity from TCBY. I was going to purchase another gift card, however, I decided not to after this service.
Preferred solution: Better Customer Service

March 30, 2023 - The workers don't wear plastic gloves (WHY). I was in the store in Lakewood Village/NLR AR, young, white, male fixed about 6 orders, After each order he swiped his hair out his face and never washed his hands, while I was there.
That is very unsanitary and just nasty. I normally go to the drive thru, but I am glad I went inside, saw that and had a chance to record it. Please fix this problem, before I post it.
We are still in a Pandemic. Thank you
