Pedal failing
- - I bought a Critical Mass pedal, but the footswitch only works while I press it.
- - Plans to use it for solo church singing and seeks options to fix.
I bought a critical mass pedal, but the footswitch is not working properly. If I keep pushing it, it works, but if I move my foot, it doesn't keep working.
My question is: what can I do? I want to use it in my church because I'm singing by myself and I want to feel a little bit.
- I like but i want to change it for other different in working conditions
- I used my pedal once or twice and is not working

- - Loop on Play Acoustic won't work with the extension; settings don't stick.
- - It often defaults to stop/start and is overall a useless kit.
I have a tc helicon play acoustic and the tc helicon footpedle extension. However the loop on the acoustic play doesnt work with the extension.
It reconises it there but whatever you customise the channels as it doesnt stick with those and often just defaults as stop start only. Useless bit of kit

- - There is no clear answer on true bypass vs diminished vocal with Harmony Singer 2.
- - Support is unresponsive; phone support unavailable.
TC Helicon has not responded beyond what they previously sent that falsely "assumed" they answered each question correctly / thoroughly. The last question I sent them was simple and self-explanatory. Their refusal to respond speaks volumes.
Tried unsuccessfully to get a simple answer about the Harmony Singer 2. Is it supposed to have true vocal bypass, or is the vocal slightly diminished when passing through the pedal.
The "Tribe" assumed the pedal to be faulty when I stated voice level diminished - and at one point voice level rose as true bypass. So I asked again what the norm is. No reply.
I won't buy nor encourage anyone to buy TC Helicon products that might require support of any kind. The fact that people aren't available by phone is ridiculous.

Foot switch snap on and off ~!

I, spent quite a bit of money on my TC.Helicon Harmony Singer and the switch won't stay on~! I need a replacement off and on snap foot stomp switch for this~! Very disappointing didn't last very long!!

Greetings, I am a VL3X user since 2016. I am a solo performer gigging internationally.
I live in constant fear of a VL3X breakdown. I have already repaired my unit twice (Bangkok & Bali), with excellent independent techs. I have tried to purchase a back-up but obviously, its not easy & when available, they're quite overpriced. Are there any plans to reissue or upgrade this excellent unit??
