TBR Powerup System

I am submitting this statement regarding my experience with TBR Power Up System, a program that solicits individuals to join by promising access to funding opportunities, income-generating systems, and commission-based earnings through the use of various financial applications.

I became involved with TBR Power Up System after representations were made that participants could obtain funding through third-party financial applications and use that funding to purchase memberships and participate in the system. Promotional materials indicated that participants could potentially receive approximately, a minimum in the amount of $1,000,$2500,$5000,10,000,$15,000,25000,50,000,60,000,100,000 or up to $150,000 respectively, in funding through applications such as Klarna, Zip, Sezzle, Afterpay, and Affirm, and that these funds could be used to enter the program.

The system further promoted the possibility of earning commissions through a pass-up structure and recruitment-based compensation.

Based on my experience, I believed that the program's emphasis was primarily on recruiting additional participants and encouraging them to purchase memberships and upgrades. Promotional materials described a structure where members pass up certain recruits or commissions to sponsors while retaining others, creating compensation that depends heavily upon continued recruitment of new participants.

I relied upon representations concerning funding assistance, income opportunities, and the viability of the system. As a result, I suffered financial losses and believe I was misled regarding the true nature and sustainability of the program.

The organizer and promoter associated with the program has been identified as *** (also referred to in various materials as ***). Promotional content on the TBR Power Up System website references her as a leading participant and trainer within the organization.

Additionally, third-party industry reviews have alleged that TBR Power Up System operates as a recruitment-focused compensation structure and have raised concerns regarding the absence of retail products, reliance on recruitment, and similarities to prior programs associated with ***.

These allegations are contained in publicly available reports and are attached as exhibits for reference. I understand these are third-party opinions and allegations and submit them solely as supporting materials.

I respectfully request that the relevant authorities investigate the operations of TBR Power Up System, the representations made to consumers, the collection of participant funds, the use of financing and funding applications to facilitate enrollment, and any potential violations of consumer protection, fraud, deceptive trade practices, or pyramid and Ponzi scheme laws.
