I needed a new carburetor on my poulan ridding mower.

I called them on September 9th to find out when they could pick up my mower, she said she would call me back and let me know, it was the 12th and not herd from them so I called someone else, on the 13th they just showed up and took my mower, I wasn't home at the time(pissed me off) , I called on the 16th and she said it would that day or the next, so I called back on the 19th same thing will get to it today or tomorrow, so I told them not to fix it, just bring it back, on the 21st the driver claims he sat in my driveway for 1/2 hour crept calling and knocking on the door(witch is bull ***, I was home all day) because he didn't get a answer he took my mower back and now they don't know when they can deliver it back, this is the worst company I ever delt with and some of the most ignorant people ever, amazing there still in business.

cub cadet mower under warranty had issues with it not moving in D or R. Called on the 29 of Aug. and was told they had time to look at it the next day, after dropping it off I had not heard from them for three days so I called and was given the run around. they hadn't gotten a chance to look at it yet and would get to it in a day or two. Five days later I called again the lady said she didn't know what was going on with my mower but as soon as so and so got back from lunch he would call me. Two hrs later I called back we are looking at it right now he said. finally !!! that was three days ago and I was told the part would be in the next day and it takes an hr to put in. I called today and was given an attitude once again. He told me yes my part just came in I asked when it would be done he got nasty telling me they have over sixteen parts and it goes by first come first serve. I said its been 13 days I have lawns that need to be mowed! I need a time so I can let people know. I'm really starting to wonder if I'm ever going to get my lawn mower back. This company is unorganized, unprofessional and the worst costumer service I have ever had to deal with. I recommend finding a different company one that know how to manage time better.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE TO CUSTOMERS.....ORDERED A PART FROM THIS TORO DEALER MONDAY AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE IN IN 2 DAYS (WED) AND THEY WOULD CALL. I THOUGHT COOL. WEDNESDAY WENT BY, THURSDAY WENT BY AND SO I CALLED FRIDAY MORNING AND FIRST LADY LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR 7 MINUTES SO I CALLED BACK AND THEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO FIND OUT WHERE MY ORDER WAS BUT THEY WOULD TAKE MY NUMBER AND CALL ME WHEN THEY HAD TIME TO TALK TO ME. I CALLED TORO TO SEE IF I COULD FIND SOMETHING OUT AND THEY WON'T GIVE ME ANY INFO SINCE THIS BUSINESS ORDERED MY PART.....AND I ALREADY PAID FOR IT!!! NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING BEFORE I GET IT AGAIN. NOW DON'T KNOW IF I WILL GET IT OR NOT SINCE THEY SEEM TO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS!

I can assure you if you spoke to a female (Nancy) she is very helpful and would never be rude. Perhaps your order was backordered or delayed in shipping as this happens in my business a lot.

Not their fault. Anyway I've had great experience here and nothing but helpful courteous service.
