I ordered a watch on Sunday, 21 Jan 2024 at 7:44 PM (GMT+4). To date, I haven't received the order.
I sent several emails to Tyroc customer service, but regrettably have not received a response.
I don't know what is going on. Either they arrange to deliver the order or refund my money.
Preferred solution: Full refund

I didn't hear from them at all. Their customer service was really bad. I advise against buying anything from them if you want to avoid losing money.
