Horrific
- - They shortened the rental term from 12 to 6 months.
- - They knew the landlord had debts.
- - They are pushy, late for appointments, and never apologize.
Told us are rental was 12 months, day we move in changed it 6 months! Whole time they knew the landlord was having problems with debts.
As other reviewer says always late for appointments, never say sorry, just think of a rub she excuse as to why they are late... I was at the other door, I was waiting outside etc.
Also extremely pushy when trying to rent a property, use all the same lines... Has had lots of views etc
Absolute rip off merchants, value properties at 20 thousand more than the actual price!

Had bad experience with this agency , terrible service and the staff are rude and insensitive.
They are late at turning up for appointments , and often mislead potential buyers and don't tell you everything that you should really know about the property.
Lots of better estate agents in Cardiff.
Stay way ! bought a flat through them and after we moved in the problems that we found where a nightmare to many to list and really expensive to fix.
When i complained i was treated like dirt by sian ....she is really arrogant and has no respect for no one I am amazed that they employ this woman .
However it does not take much intelligence to be an estate agent !
