Nick Taylor has lack of communication, he is uninterested in serving his client and has no after sale service, once Nick has your hard earned money and been paid he's gone

Sending daily communication regarding issues and required repairs and vital missing items NO response.
Terrible experience, wished I had never purchased a £23,700.00 + vehicle from you Nick, you did NOT deserve my business! If you had conducted your business aboveboard you would have profited from two additional sales, your loss!
Nick, you are firstly dishonest, secondly, you do not honor the warranty, thirdly your after-sales service is to be desired, fourthly you are very rude, fifthly you continually ignore my correspondence, sixthly but by no means lastly, you are a money grabber. You sold the vehicle under false pretense to me, and you never had the vehicle valeted, the vehicle's faults and issues have still not been fully rectified despite notifying you within the warranty period, the missing parts have still not been replaced.
I wish to seriously caution anyone thinking of spending their hard-earned money at Taylor Trading!
A person with the negative attitude and selfishness that Mr. Nick Taylor carries should not be dealing with the public.
I can't tell you what to do, however, the after-sales experience that I had with Taylor Trading has been totally dishonest, disappointing, very rude, dissatisfactory, poor service, and would definitely without hesitation encourage anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle from them NOT to!

Preferred solution: All repairs to be undertaken and supply of parts to be undertaken at the choice of Mercedes dealership of my choice. A considerable compensation.
