Horrendous lying people
I called them and explained my entire situation to them. Got many promises they are guarnteed that they will do. We drove for a long time over 3-4 hours to get there just to be 99 percent of the time ignored, than came back with a higher payer amount than what they promised. The salesman Justin Nance didnt go over what he told us he should have by his bosd Jason Wright. I ended up not trading vehicle in, nothing was ready, jason had no clue what justin promised. Got told jason would work on deal next day and would call asap.Didnt hear a word all day, called him told him everything that happened he promised he could get it to the top of my price range. Had to call in the third day because again no call just to finally get told its the same deal it was two days prior. I got called ignorant by jason because he didnt want legal trouble for having to do a verbal agreement his salesman promised. They verbally harrassed me when i wouldnt give them more money for a monthly payment kept on telling me to get a job, do i have cable? And you need to give us more money. No they need to be held responsible for their verbal agreement and should be both terminated for the harrassment, lying and should have to compensate me for my time I wasted. If you want lies , to be treated like crap and to be told by everyone else well they shouldnt of done it but we can't make it right than that's a bunch of crap. STAY AWAY FROM TAYLOR KIA!!!!

I went to their 6000 dollar trade in deal in February 2016! The car I traded was owed 7700! I didn't get a trade in amount as they just put it on the car I got from them! I of course never saw or was told what the price was going to be for the car I bought! I test drive a 13,000 dollar car and they said they had the same car with 4 miles on it..so I figured 15 or 16 thousand at the most! I was told my car payment only and I stood up to leave and said absolutely not!! I was stopped by them saying give it a year/ year and a half, and you can refinance!! We were rushed through paperwork where I signed (yes STUPID on my part) but still not even thinking or knowing the price of the car due to being rushed!! When I went to get my plates, I saw the over 28,000 dollar paperwork and FOUND all the stickers that were on this car shoved in glove box!! I called them and no one would return my calls! Now mind you, this car is not loaded..it's an optima that has no extras!!! It had a scratch in one of the mirrors they said they would fix and never did! We found rust on it and they never returned calls!! I was sitting at the BMV calling them about the price which shocked the *** out of me and NO ONE returned my calls!! I kept getting sent to voicemails!! I set up appointments for the scratch on mirror only to be told the person wasn't there! Once someone did call me and I told them how unhappy I was I was told they could change my warranty which could lower the payment...YES THE 100,000 bumper to bumper warranty they advertise is a crock because they charged me 2500 dollars for that and don't tell you that WHICH IS ADDED TO YOUR LOAN! Being frustrated by no one contacting me, I waited for the 1 and a half years to refinance, ONLY TO FIND OUT NO ONE WILL because I owe waaaaaay more than the car is worth!!! I went to several banks and they all said the same thing! So calling Kia again because I am not happy and they say many banks will refinance and I said give me their numbers then BUT OF COURSE NO NUMBERS WERE GIVEN!! They have brand new cars that are loaded for less than my car which is a 2015!! I have been advised that I can file a lawsuit since no price was given at the time of sale! I was also told to tell them I want my warranty taken off and I did tell them that last week as they still did not care about what was done to me!! And of course I still did not receive paperwork for my warranty to be taken off WHICH I CAN TELL THEM I WANT IT OFF AND THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO IT..even was told it will be pro rated to do so..but STILL had to call them asking why no paper work was filled out for it, AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK AGAIN!!! I was told that the first car is why I was screwed, not by them BUT THAT IS A LIE when you said we will give you 6000 trade in for your car and I got NOTHING for my trade in except them taking what I owe and adding it to the price of the new car!!! So THEY SCREWED ME and have no remorse except to put me in a new optima WHERE I SAID NO because your just going to do the same thing and put the negative equity on to a new loan!!! Check your paperwork very very closely people because that warranty they say you get, YOU PAY FOR!!! And it's added on to your price of your car!! So now I have a car I will end up paying twice as much as it's worth and CANT REFINANCE because I already owe waaaaay more than it's worth!!! Horrible horrible experience and I was told from banks they don't deal with them because of the way they screw over their customers!!! I will keep pursuing what I am entitled to do!!!
