Poor quality
- - I've used Taylor Farm products for 6+ years.
- - Bags puff up and feel tight; I have tossed blown bags.
- - Salad used to stay fresh; not anymore.
I have been purchasing Taylor Farm products for well over 6 years. This last year I have been tossing packages away.
A couple of times, purchased salad, within a day or two that bag has puffed up to near explosion. Very tight to the touch. I used to be able to eat their salad for a max of up to 4 days beyond the bag's expiration date, not anymore. Just today, March 8, 2026, I was getting ready to eat the Steakhouse salad kit, expiration dated March 7, 2026.
I looked at the contents of the salad and it was brown and slimy. Just tossed the bag out. A waste of money. They used to stay fresh for a while.
Now I think I have tossed two blown up salad bags.
What causes the bag to be excessively blown up? Do better, Taylor Farm.

I bought a package of Taylor Farms Sweet Kale Chopped salad. I emptied the bag for my last serving and bit down on a screw.
Fortunately, I did not swallow the screw or crack a tooth. I contacted the company and was advised to send them the empty package and screw. Later I received a Sam's $30 gift card and an accompanying letter stating that they were sorry my purchase did not meet my expectations. What?
Did it meet their expectations--a metal screw in their packaged salad? This could have been a catastrophe for me!

I use to eat Wawa products until I started working at Taylor farms, the company that provides that food and package products to Wawa. I have never in my life seen such nastiness in my life .
On top of that the company is hiring ppl with no experience at all , on night shift they have a airhead name Jill that's night supervisor,she has no experience at all. On top of that they do no drug testing and have all the ex drug addicts from places like Chester,and Camden,NJ working at the Swedesboro,NJ plant. This is without a doubt a reason I warn my family not to eat food from Wawa,WalMart,or target in NJ ,some of the employees might have HIV,or hepatitis his company just hires cheap labor ,its a poor place in itself,OSHA already has been here because of customers complaining.
Seriously how can u eat a product u know an ex drug user or a drug addict is touching to put in a prepackaged containers . Its cold I have seen ppl blow there nose there shirts or with there shirts sleves and touch food ppl don't eat Wawa ,WalMart, or target, foods their cheap for a reason .

Taylor Farms Salads, SAYS thier Cobb salad has tomatoes, BUT,

I love Taylor Farms Cobb salads from my local grocer. They have chicken breast meat, bacon, blue cheese & dressing & a hard boiled egg.
Of course lettuce. They used to add 3 to 4 cherry tomatoes too. A week or two ago I noticed ONE tomato in the salad. I get it,the price of tomatoes has sky rocketed.
But, now there are NO tomatoes at all. The thing that ***' me off is, the PRICE IS THE SAME!! The label STILL says this product has tomatoes!
Lower the price, ad a tomato or two OR take the claim off the label!!! make a new label, save the old ones till you can start putting tomatoes back in the product.

I use to work at Taylor Farms on the Wawa side please DO NOT IGNORE THIS , IF U WANNA GET SICK EAT FROM THERE . I am surprised no none has died yet , THERE ARE MAGETS IN THE TOTES THAT FOOD COMES OUT.As long as the food gets out on time that is all that ,alters to the red hats .
They care care if food opens it needs to be disposed they let it touch the ground pick it up and return to,the totes .Don’t practice social distance people come to work with Covid , don’t do, temperature checks . People don’t wash hands .Ladies restroom always out of soap and paper towels .this place needs to be shut down .People stay sick u are allowed to work while sick .People ha e died there because they worked while sick .I’m surprised consumers have not DIED eating the food cause of filth
