I just talked to the manager of the company. Not only did they rob me, this jerk called me racist because I mentioned the "Indian Clinic".

I am a card carrying Native American, Cherokee as a matter of fact. I told him that. He said he didnt care. So, who is the racist??

He did not solve the problem, they still robbed me, and he refuses to solve the problem. I am a highly pissed consumer. TaxNet manager is racist and he lies.

Do not use them. They will lie to you.

I had wrote my first review of TaxNet financial last week 2 weeks ago something like that. They denied our refund anticipation loan. We were supposed to get back over $1400. Instead, they sent us $933. Almost a $500 difference. Mind you, we were denied the loan, and I'm the one who did the taxes. Do not use this company they are a scam.

User's recommendation: Only use them if you don't need to pay bills or eat.
