I dont know how to read tax jar any lower. Its been two months and my account is locked because I switched my website from Shopify to WooCommerce. Tax jar cannot figure this out and the customer service reps are about as smart as a kindergarten child. It takes about a week between email responses, and each time I get a response its even dumber than the previous one. I feel like their customer service is outsourced to a Third World country and the reps must get paid per ticket response. Its the only thing that makes sense as to the non-response that I get every time . Its impossible to chat or speak with a human on the phone or live chat. This is honestly the worst company Ive ever seen for customer service. The only reason Im still fighting this is because I have years worth of tax reports that is locked in my account that I can no longer access , because I switched from Shopify to WooCommerce. Trust me, save yourself a headache and do not support this company.

Customer for several years, no returned calls or support emails
We've been a customer for a few years and they upgraded us to have direct support. Those employees have been let go and long delays for returned email requests.
