I hired this company to file an offer in compromise with IRS. It took them a year to fill out paperwork and allegedly sent it to IRS. After an additional year, IRS has not received that offer in compromise from them. I have lost two years of paying their monthly fees plus their filing fee, I believe$500.(total of close to$1500) They are much of crooks incompetent idiots who are praying on people's money and their misfortune
